Christina Homes

We moved into our 2-storey Christina Home in April of 1999. As like most of our neighbours, we are in the 40 and under age group. We work in the Toronto area in the IT and consulting engineering fields.

We have been very happy with our Christina Home, Joe looked after our needs personally and if we ever had any questions or concerns he always got back to us right away. The quality of our home is excellent. Joe worked hard to ensure that every aspect of the construction was done properly and to our satisfaction. We were not forgotten after we moved in, he was (and is) only a quick phone call away to address any issues that may have arisen after we took possession of our home.

The sales staff is friendly and helpful, they were always quick in finding out answers to any questions that we had. There was a large selection of standard samples and also a good variety of upgraded samples in the sales office to choose from. Almost any upgrade that was desired was available, whether it was a common (standard) upgrade or a custom upgrade. There was also a large selection of model homes to go through, each with a variety of standard and upgraded features, which was nice, as it provided a better idea of what the end product would look like.

Our home buying experience with Christina Homes has been wonderful. Joe went that extra mile to make it a very enjoyable endeavour.
